The design/ build of new 25,000 square foot structural steel and steel framed building, TPO roof system, storefront glazing with stucco, stone and radius style structural steel detail accents throughout.
The project included full site development through building construction, landscaping and tenant improvements for 18 units. Tenant finish work completed was for basic vanilla shell requirements for future tenant uses.

This CMU and structural steel building had a variation of CMU colors and textures that accented the decorative steel and storefront details.
The interior finishes include a 10,600sf athletic club and the adjoining space has been re-served for The University of Phoenix.
The scope of work included site development through building construction, tenant finishes and landscaping .
