A design/ build civil development project to accommodate 290 semi-tractor trailers across the street from an Amazon Warehouse facility.
The project was 12.5acres of full site development, hazardous waste removal, over lot grading, water and sewer services, storm water services and structures, a protectively lined 1.8-acre retention pond, curb, gutters, sidewalks, valleys, pans, fencing and landscape.
