This design/build civil development project transformed a 12.5-acre industrial site into a secure storage facility capable of accommodating 290 semi-tractor trailers.

Located across from an Amazon distribution facility, the project required comprehensive site planning, engineering coordination, and construction management.

The scope of work included hazardous-material removal, overlot grading, domestic water and sanitary sewer services, stormwater infrastructure and structures, and the construction of a protectively lined 1.8-acre retention pond.

Additional improvements included curb and gutter, sidewalks, concrete valley pans, security fencing, paving, and landscaping.
