CMU and membrane roof system buildings had a variation of CMU and stone work to match adjacent properties with stucco and tile accents.
The interior finishes for the quick lube building included a finished lobby and office along with full service oil change bays.
The scope of work included site development through building construction, landscaping and the installation of specialty equipment.

TLC Car & Dog Wash
Aurora, CO
The largest four bay automatic car wash, two bay self-serve and a two-bay dog wash building built to date in Aurora, Colorado.
The project consists of full site development, underground utilities, 2-10,0000 gallon underground water tanks for storage and reclamation, remote service islands, concrete catch basins for reclamation, sand/ oil interceptor, curb, gutter sidewalks, heated concrete paving and landscaping.
The structure is decorative split face CMU with stucco accents and an EPDM roof system. The car wash equipment is from high-tech German technology.
