This project included more than 10,000 square feet of construction comprising three quick-lube buildings and both single and multi-bay automatic car-wash facilities.

The buildings feature concrete masonry unit (CMU) construction and membrane roofing systems. A coordinated blend of CMU, stone, stucco, and tile accents was selected to complement the surrounding properties.

Each quick-lube facility includes a finished customer lobby, administrative office, and fully equipped oil-change service bays.

The comprehensive scope of work included site development, building construction, interior finishes, landscaping, and the installation and coordination of specialized automotive-service and car-wash equipment.
