As part of our development group, we acquired, designed, developed and constructed a 58 unit, 79,646 square foot, six story for sale condominium project with one level of underground parking.
The one level of underground parking, level one, stair and elevator cores were pre-cast concrete panels and decks systems. Levels two through six were wood framed. Common amenities included secured storage lockers, a welcoming lobby area, a bikes room, a second-floor community courtyard and a rooftop terrace. Residential units consisted of studios, two bedrooms and three-bedroom units.
Most units have their own private balconies. Full site development included site utilizes, curb, gutters sidewalks and landscaping. The project was completed during COVID with only a two-month delay and all units were sold and closed within six months of the building’s completion.
