“The Learning Experience” Early Education Building
Commerce City, CO
The construction of a 10,000 square foot early childhood development building along with 1.6 acres of site development. The building structure was a pre-engineered metal building, steel stud framing with masonry, stucco and metal paneling exterior finishes.
Site development included new water and sewer mains, stormwater services, curb, gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, a children’s playground area and a permeable paver parking lot for on-site water retention. The interior was designed for 9 classrooms to accommodate infants to pre-kindergarten children.
Support services included administrative offices, an indoor playground,kitchens, breakrooms and storage rooms
