The site development of a 5 acre site for five future pad sites along with the construction of two new buildings. These 8,500 square foot buildings were constructed from structural steel, steel stud framing and decorative glu-lam materials.
The interiors were designed with a mezzanine second floor with large glass walls overlooking the natural areas.
The single sloped standing seam roof system is accented with cultured stone and EFIS wall materials.
The project included full infrastructure of water, sewer, storm drainage, curb, gutter, asphalt paving and landscaping.
Bragg Excavation Business Complex
Johnston, CO
The construction of a new 27,380 square foot pre-engineered metal building/office complex situated on two acres. A second floor mezzanine system was designed and constructed for additional office and conference room space. Stucco, stone, and timber accent the exterior elevations.
The interior design consisted of marble floors, iron work, custom wall textures and elaborate wood work décor. The scope of work included full site development through building construction, landscaping and tenant improvements. Future work included the tenant finish of a 14,000 square foot retail supply facility.
Legacy Veterinary Clinic
Westminster, CO
This 5,800 square foot tenant finish is a full services veterinary clinic.
The interior design consisted of separate exam rooms for different animal species, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology/ x-ray room, surgical suites, treatment areas, dentistry suites and administrative offices.
Interior finishes included specialty millwork, cabinetry and concrete polishes floors. The design lends itself to an open feeling with high ceilings, decorative décor with a friendly and family atmosphere.
Wellington Business Park
Wellington, CO
The Wellington Business Park included a design/build of a new 19,461 square foot pre-engineered metal building/commericial facility with a second floor mezzanine.
The project included the tenant finish of a 9,100 square foot athletic facility. Amenities of the facility include a cardio center, yoga/relaxation rooms, locker rooms, child day care and health services.
The remaining building was designed for professional offices for insurance agents, attorneys, contractors, and an ophthalmologist.
The Commercial Park included a design/build of a new 5,600 square foot pre-engineered metal building/ commercial facility with a second floor mezzanine system. The facility was designed to accommodate an office/warehouse space for industrial & commercial usage.
Full site development for this property was included in the scope of the work.
